Clean student dormitories & public areas.  Floor care, including mopping, stripping, waxing and buffing.

Construction & Project Manager

Construction & Project Manager needed to oversee and manage upscale custom home construction project. Run small in-house crew, solicit bids from contractors, schedule and manage subs, oversee work, schedule inspections, pull permits, etc. Generally manage site, office, documents, and other organizational aspects of spec/custom home construction project. Follow plans & instructions of designer/contractor, be familiar with codes and building guidelines for Santa Fe County and client's HOA. Meet with HOA board to discuss and get approval on site modifications. Offer counsel during design phase of construction, but defer to owner's final decision. Requires extensive hard & soft skills. Some Spanish preferred. Vacation and sick leave, as well as medical insurance.

Production

Two IMMEDIATE openings in soil technology production plant, to handle production of underground fabric liners. Requires production and/or maintenance experience in virtually any kind of facility, stamina to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment, and desire to grow. All employees start at $10.00 per hour, but can increase up to $16.00/hour, depending on skills development, experience and positive performance reviews. Hours 8-5.

Delivery Driver

Load truck from warehouse & make deliveries to Santa Fe & Abluquerque markets in company-owned double-axle box truck.  Requires ability to lift 75 lbs, and clean driving record.  Subject to pre-employment drug test & background check.

Custom Fabrication Apprentices

We are looking for a few dedicated and reliable individuals with an interest in learning how to make and install custom metalwork.  End products include custom countertops, cabinetry, gutters, chimneys, viga caps, and all kinds of architectural finishes.

Requirements for consideration by this drug-free workplace include stable work history with good professional references and a valid, insurable New Mexico driver's license.

All apprentices start at $12 per hour.  Within a few years, employees easily make $15 to $18 per hour.  All positions include a competitive benefits package.
