Mutual Fund Accountant

Entry-level accounting position with an internationally recognized invesment management company.  Supports administrative & accounting functions of the mutual fund investment branch of the company, with processing of accounts payable & receivable, check requests, cash balancing, account balancing, and other team support as needed.  Requires strong MS Access, Word, Excel, plus an ability to learn proprietary back office accounting systems.

Ideal candidates include recent college graduates (accounting/business/financial degrees preferred), with 1-2 years' accounting/support experience.

   

Temp-to-Hire:  $15.00 - 18.00 per hour.

Legal Secretary

Established law firm with offices in Santa Fe and Albuquerque seeks a legal secretary with experience in commercial (business) law, preferably with bond experience.  Requires advanced-level command of MS Word 2007 to make global edits  and style changes to long documents, while tracking changes and saving all iterations.  Must be well organized, have strong critical thinking skills, strong communication skills, and an ability to work autonomously.

 

   

$18.00 - 22.00 per hour

 

 

Contracts Manager

Manage client and vendor relationships, develop & review contracts, administer existing contracts, practice excellent customer service & communication both within & outside of the organization. Generate & compile data for monthly reports, maintain product and price lists. Support CEO, Controller, and other team members. Team-oriented, professional environment. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with particular ability to build spreadsheets, manipulate data, and use formulas. Strong customer service skills and patience with customer requirements. Ability to understand and to accommodate a wide range of written and verbal communications. Inquisitive personality. Willingness to learn new software programs and light programming.
