Administrative Assistant
Southside hotel and banquet facility seeks an administrative assistant to support Sales Manager and other staff. Requires strong computer skills on MS Word, Excel, and proprietary hospitality & property management software. Duties include processing of paperwork (contracts, agreements, etc.), checking hotel & conference facility availability, balancing accounts, customer services, phone reception, and otherwise working closely with Sales Manager to achieve maximum occupancy and guest satisfaction.
