Temporary Guarantee

Santa Fe Services, Inc. guarantees its temporary employees for the first eight hours the employee is on the job. If during that time, the employee is not suited to the position and SFS, Inc. is notified by our client, no charge will be billed for the time worked, and a suitable replacement will be furnished as soon as possible.

Career Placement Guarantee

Upon the client hire placement of a SFS, Inc. employee, a 120-day guarantee goes into effect. If within those 120 days, the employee is terminated or leaves of her/his own accord, SFS, Inc. guarantees to replace the employee within a reasonable amount of time, if the fee has been paid. If a suitable replacement candidate cannot be located in a reasonable time frame, SFS, Inc. will rebate the client fee or provide credit on a future placement.
