- Develop screening and testing criteria unique to your company’s opening;
- Hold additional interviews with promising candidates to ascertain their suitability for your opening. For Career openings, we will also:
- Schedule interviews at your convenience with a qualified pool of up to three candidates;
- Facilitate any negotiations that might be necessary after you extend an offer of employment; and
- Follow up with you during the initial months of employment.
